1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Industrial Inspection Mentoring platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for a period of 3 months from the date of enrollment. Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or make available any course content to third parties. Recording, downloading, or screen-capturing course videos is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed to the original payment method.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully passing the final assessment for a course. Certificates are verifiable through our platform and represent completion of the course content. They are not professional certifications or licenses and should not be represented as such.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, and materials, is the intellectual property of Industrial Inspection Mentoring and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with the proper working of the Service, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service and course content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the content is for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for official code publications, professional judgment, or formal training required by employers or regulatory bodies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Industrial Inspection Mentoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
